IQS370
The IQS370 ProxFusion® IC is a four-channel I²C inductive sensing device that offers a compelling alternative to traditional resistive, optical, and Hall-effect encoders and sliders. Its non-contact sensing principle requires a simple mechanical design while enabling reliable, low-maintenance user interfaces. By eliminating the need for rare-earth magnets, inductive sensing delivers excellent immunity to dust, dirt, ambient light, and conducted and radiated electrical noise. Because no physical contact is required between sensing elements, the technology readily supports fully sealed, hermetic interface designs, making it ideal for demanding industrial, consumer, and appliance applications.
