Reduction of hazardous substances (RoHS and RoHS2) Compliance

As of July 1, 2006, Azoteq products meet requirements of the European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. Azoteq components currently comply with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS2) and declarations in line with the requirements are found below.

REACH Compliance

Azoteq is aware of, and agrees with, the purpose of REACH (the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006). Azoteq is compliant with all applicable requirements of REACH and provides information regarding the chemical composition of our product(s) to the supply chain as required.

Product manufacturers or importers into Europe are obligated under Article 33 of REACH to inform recipients of any articles that contain chemicals on the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) candidate list above 0.1% concentration (by weight per article). The components manufactured and marketed by Azoteq mentioned below do not contain substances on the currently applicable SVHC candidate list in concentrations greater than 0.1% by weight per article.
